1. Services

Sunkissed By Sarah LLC provides mobile spray tanning services. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian present to consent.

3. Appointments & Payments

• Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise stated.

• Deposits may be required and are non-refundable.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee that varies based on price of service, distance, etc.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided

• Disclose any skin conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns

• Ensure the service environment is safe, clean, and suitable for service

6. Results Disclaimer

Results vary by individual. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to variables including but not limited to:

• Skin type and tone

• Medications

• Hormonal changes

• Hydration levels

• Skincare products and routines

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunkissed By Sarah LLC shall not be liable for:

• Uneven or undesirable results

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities

• Client failure to follow instructions

8. Right to Refuse Service

Sunkissed By Sarah LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.
